Local Delivery: We offer local hand-delivery in the greater Kalamazoo area. Packages outside of this area will be shipped by the quickest and most economical means (UPS or Federal Express). Shipping Terms: UPS Ground, 1-5 business days to deliver depending on the destination state.  Re-delivery Attempts - Residential: We will make every attempt to ensure your gift basket arrives on time. However, if no one is home to accept the package at time of delivery, we will attempt to leave it with a neighbor. If this is not successful and we have to return to the residence again, you will be charged a second delivery fee.
