Ordering Information: Orders may be placed 24
hours a day, 7 days a week through our secured, on-line website. For
your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and
American Express. Phone orders may also be placed during normal
business hours, Monday thru Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and
Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Orders will be
delivered/shipped within 24 hours unless otherwise requested by the
buyer. Although we will make every effort to honor this policy, it
is subject to change based on the volume of orders we receive and
during peak holiday periods.
Large orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This allows us
to recoup our costs of the products should an order be
cancelled.

Damage during
Shipment: If a package is damaged during shipment, we must be
notified within 24 hours in order to advise the carrier (UPS or
Federal Express). The package must be returned to us with all
products intact as soon as possible so that we may correct the
problem.
Substitutions: Occasionally, substitutions
may be necessary based on the availability of certain products.
However, quality and value will never be compromised. All
substitutions will be of equal or greater
value.
Privacy: We respect your privacy and we will
not distribute, rent, sell and/or loan any information regarding our
customers to any third party. All information is held in the
strictest of confidence and security. |
